(90/100) x 60 = 54
60% of 90 = 54. 
(100/100) x 50 = 50
50% of 100 = 50

60% of 90 is bigger than 50% (half) of 100.

= (60/100) x 90

= 6/10 x 90 = 54.

Half of 100 =  (1/2) x 100 = 50.

Therefore 60% of 90 is greater.
