Point slope form is written as:

y - y_1 = m * (x - x_1), where y_1 and x_1 are the y and x coordinates of the point given and m is the slope.

The point is (6, -7) and the slope is 4 so:

y - (-7) = 4 * (x - 6)

y + 7 = 4 * (x - 6)

And, there’s your answer.
